Jesus Christ Superstar, a rock opera by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber, is a monument in musical history. Introduced in 1970, it highlights the political and interpersonal struggles of Judas and Jesus. The action largely follows the canonical gospels' accounts of the last week of Jesus' life, beginning with Jesus and his followers arriving in Jerusalem and ending with the Crucifixion.
This show brings the biblical story, including Mary Magdalene, Peter, Herod and Ciaphus to life.

I was at the
theater on Friday night (7/15) for my birthday. My
birthday party of 6 really enjoyed the production and dinner. I
wanted to say thank you for the free dinner. This is
a very nice thing to do and good marketing idea!
